An antique hand-thrown vase with a wonderful drip glaze and unique shape. Dating back to the early 1900s, this charmingly formed vessel with its diamond shape features a ‘lava effect’ glaze in hues of orange and brown with linear drip glazes of pastel yellow around the opening. The glaze gives way to the earthy clay at the bottom, as well as a decorative 3D indents around the base of the vase. The colour combination and detailing gives the piece its modern aesthetic contrasting with the vessel’s raw, rustic style.
