Large Antique Plant Pot with Scalloped Adornment
A large antique plant pot from Puglia with a unique decorative adornment. Dating back to the early 1900s, the rustic vessel with its wonderful form is unglazed which highlights the hand crafted 3D surface decoration and the skill of the potter. The wonderful sculptural scalloped rope relief is applied on all sides, and also features a textured rounded lip.
