These hand thrown bowls are typical of Eastern European ceramics from the Austro-Hungarian legacy and commonly associated with the Corund mark- traditional ceramics from the Transylvania region of Romania/Hungary, and found throughout the Mediterranean. The mid-century ceramic bowls have a mesmerising swirl design in shades of pastel greens, varying shades of blue, orange and ochre brown.
